Mikey is a gentle, mellow, and quiet pup, quite mature at such a young age.  He did well in his foster home getting along with all the big and small dogs.  All the dogs were rescued from horrible situations and had nothing in life.  They learned to share everything from food, love, toys, beds, anything provided at the foster home.  Mikey was also good with the foster family’s son who is 8 years old.  Mikey is a good pup and with some basic training, he will continue to grow up to be a wonderful dog.  Both Mikey and his brother, Marley, would love to have a home together or they can be re-homed separately as both so loving! 

Mikey and his 8 siblings were living as homeless puppies surviving on garbage in Taiwan.  There were rescued by the foster family’s good friend who found them starving and completely covered in ticks and fleas.  She didn’t have the heart to see them homeless and brought them to the vet.  Mikey’s foster mom stepped in when they had nowhere to go.  Mikey’s foster mom is an experienced dog rescuer who has found hundreds of dogs loving homes. They all started with some basic obedience training.  They are very smart dogs and learn everything at a great pace.  They are all crate-trained and enjoy their daily routine of playing, resting in crates, and going out on their walks.  They all do well in car rides. 

Mikey is a healthy boy and had his puppy vaccinations, rabies shot, neutered and microchipped.  All he needs is for a family to open their hearts to him and give him a new life!  Please give Mikey and Marley a chance to live a happy life!
