Filbert and Hazel are 1year old siblings. These delightful scruffy terriers weigh under 10 pounds. Playful, affectionate and entertaining, these two would NOT be described as ‘barmy,” they are the perfect little pocket dogs. They get along great with other canines and everyone they meet is a friend.
