A very cute little boy, he looks like a talking dog from a Japanese story cartoon. He loves the world and all that inhabit it. At ten pounds he is small but very sturdy. He would fit into most households wanting a dog that is a little sassy and very smart. He would like a companion that could be you or another K9.  Toby will need to be groomed regularly to keep him looking smart twice a year. Brushing him yourself daily.
