5 years old, 81lbs; he was a loyal member of a family but got lost and when the owners were notified he was at the shelter they were sadly not willing to pay the impound fee to get him back. He was scheduled for euthanasia but we said we would take this fabulous fellow and find him a new home.

Shere Kahn is named for the golden stripes he has that remind you of the tiger in Jungle Book. This magnificent boy has rich golden coloring on his athletic built body. He is intelligent, knows sit, is quite handsome with a soft healthy coat. His tail is always wagging in happiness. He is just a big goofy boy with a mellow easygoing personality. He has a regal prance, can be somewhat independent, always happy, and enjoys being outside. This lovably sweet boy is not interested in toys but he will focus on treats and knows to take them gently from fingers. He is a smart boy and will focus on you while you talk to him. He is alert and loves to watch the happenings around the yard. Being a lover of treats, Shere Kahn sits quickly for them and will remain seated until you give him his treat. He's such a good boy. He does enjoy attention, and interacting with people. He just doesn't need people all the time. He is a nice boy ready for a new home.
