4yrs-old, English Setter, pure Intended as a hunting/bird dog. When not hunting, her cruel owner kept her chained out doors day and night. Sometimes when the boredom got too much for her she would escape. When she got back he would harshly punish her by being physically and verbally abusive. In addition he would use an electric collar (not as it was intended) as a punishment devise. She still has red marks on her neck. Despite all this cruelty she is the most loving and trusting dog and is willing to share her heart and life with a loving committed family. To adopt or foster you need to fill in an application.
