Caption for Picture: I'd swap all my toys for a loving home. An evacuee from Hurricane Rita, Phinneas is less than a year old and has a pink nose, pink lips and lovely green eyes. We're stumped as to what breed he is but he's really smart. He's taught himself to sit, retrieve toys, pee only outside or on piddle pads, negotiate glass doors and be a loyal committed member of the family. He was feral and very sick when rescued and in just a short time he's regained his health, found self-esteem and realized not all humans will kick him or be cruel. In this new nurturing environment he offers unconditional love and trust.
