Here is what her foster mom has to say:

Jasmine is a Cattle dog-Hound Mix, 2 yrs old. Jasmine is the most laid back dog I have ever met. She is very content lounging around all day and really enjoys her daily walks. She is good with other dogs both male and female, and when introduced to cats she could care less. Jasmine appears to be housetrained and is now crate trained. We are still working out her hesitancy to load in the car, it appears like the only ride she had was to the Clovis Animal Shelter. She does behave well in the car, I would recommend to continue crating her until she feels safe and secure. This young girl ABSOLUTELY loves children, I have a 4 yr old little boy, who walks her, she does not pull, she does not jump up, she is really terrific with kids. Jasmine had her first adventure at the beach and it was quite comical to watch her dancing to avoid the waves under her feet and the look on her face when she too a big lap of salt water. Jasmine will make an excellent family pet, one that wishes to have a low energy delightful companion.
