Whitaker is a 7 month old shepherd mix. He was hit by a car and suffered a serious injury to one of his rear legs. Sadly the vet was unable to save the leg.
 
Whitaker is just a fabulous pup. He is playful yet gentle, loves any attention he is given. He is good with other dogs and just a real delight to have. 
 
Having three legs will not slow him down. He is currently healing from surgery and will be a bit sore for a few more days, but his recovery is going well and he will be back to his playful puppy self really soon.
