Beau is a calm, gentle, 18-month-old male Landseer mix. Though he weighs in at 110 lbs, he is SO good on the leash and easy to walk. He is a great family dog. During a Thanksgiving dinner party, he was asleep on the floor while people stepped around him.

Beau had a rough start, he was finally rescued, whimpering, frightened, matted and starving under a house. Neighbors had made several attempts to try to help him but he was too fearful.

He’s been in several foster situations and has done well except for some separation anxiety. Beau needs to be with a family that has someone that works from home or that can take him with them to work. He is insecure but very loving.
