Collin is a classic Black and White rough coat Border Collie with beautiful blue eyes. He is very people focused and looks like he is always trying to figure out what you want so he can provide it. 

The photos really capture his personality.  He is playful and outgoing with other dogs.  He tried sweetly to get them all to play with him, but was respectful and backed off when they snarle him off.  He also likes the plushy toys a lot and will sit by himself and play with them.  He did with another dog in a few minutes of tug that ended peacefully.
