Baxter is a young scruffy terrier that appears to have been living rough on the streets. He, like Austin came to us badly matted, his fur appears to been longer by four or five inches before grooming. He is a fun little dog that likes to play fetch. He can be protective of his food and toys with other dogs; this sometimes happens when you live on the streets and whatever you can find to eat or play with is precious.

He loves people, and will make someone a handsome, friendly companion. His new guardian will need to be willing to groom him (at home) and work with him on resource guarding (we can help). He is a lovely dog and worth the effort. He will reward you a thousand times over.
