Kurt is a 1-year-old Pyrenees. He is tall and leggy with more growing to do. Sadly we had to have him shaved down to the skin because we could not get the mats out.

Kurt and Pearl were found in Lake County.  Their owner was traced but did not want them back. Both are exceptional dogs and would work in any environment. They are very gentle and good with other dogs. The thing to remember is they will be very big, over 100 lbs. each and need to be groomed daily to stop the mats from accumulating, particularly behind the ears.

Kurt enjoyed the training class he attended with one of our volunteers. He especially loved that love Cat gave him. He is a really good dog waiting to be loved.
