Missy loves everybody and everything­: balls, sticks, kitties, toys, etc.   Currently, she is being fostered in a home with two dogs, a cat and chickens.  She would be best in an active home, with walks and a backyard.  Missy is working on her potty training, but will require more consistent work.  At night Missy loves to snuggle in bed with her 19-year-old foster mom, she has slept in her crate, but prefers being with her person.  Other dogs and cats in the home would have to be patient; Missy is a happy ball of energy that older dogs and cats often don’t appreciate.  Missy’s coat will require daily brushing and occasional trips to the groomer for a trim.  She is very smart and curious, the first day she learned to use the doggy door by watching the other dogs.  She rides well in the car, usually in her crate. Missy has been on leash walks with the other dogs enjoying every little stick, bug or plant she sees. Sometimes Missy's foster mom puts her in a purse to take her shopping and Missy is happy to poke her head out and enjoy the ride.
